Andrea Mosqueda, PE is a Senior Associate Engineer with San Jose Water, where she helps design and deliver infrastructure systems that protect and reliably provide one of our most vital resources: water. With nearly nine years of experience, Andrea has contributed to a wide range of water, transportation, stormwater, and public infrastructure projects throughout California. An active ASCE volunteer, Andrea has held several leadership roles, including President of the ASCE San Francisco Section. She is passionate about mentorship, leadership development, and strengthening the civil engineering profession. Andrea holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Stanford University and an M.S. in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis from California State University, Long Beach (CSULB).
