Conference Overview
Save the date for this year's Younger Member Leadership Symposium Alumni Summit (YMLS AS) from August 21-23, 2026 at ASCE Headquarters in Reston, VA! This year's event will be held jointly with YMLS.
The YMLS AS is an advanced leadership and soft-skill training workshop exclusively offered to ASCE Younger Members who have attended at least one in-person YMLS event before. The weekend will include both networking and social opportunities as well as advanced training on topics such as personal development, leadership in the workplace, and people/project management.
Attendance Eligibility Note
Please note that to be eligible for YMLS AS, you must be:
- An active ASCE younger member in good standing
- Have attended YMLS at ASCE Headquarters (Reston, VA) in 2024 or earlier, OR attended one of the three YMC+ events held in 2022 (Hartford, CT, Park City, UT, or Austin, TX).
- Any registrants who are found to be ineligible will be canceled and refunded.
