Kelly Wollner, P.E., M.ASCE is a Transportation Project Engineer at Foth in Cedar Rapids, IA. She works on roadway reconstruction projects across Eastern Iowa and has a passion for storm sewer design. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Iowa in 2018. Kelly gained her Professional Engineer (PE) license in Iowa in 2025. She serves on the ASCE Committee on Younger Members and has served on the Eastern Iowa Younger Member Board for many years, currently holding the position of Past President. She was awarded the Outstanding Associate Member by the ASCE Iowa Section in 2024 and was selected as a 2025 ASCE Region 7 Outstanding Younger Member Award Recipient.
