Registration rates for ERYMC:
- The registration rate of $325 (Early Bird) is available through December 11, 2025.
- Starting Jan. 1, registration changes to the Advanced rate of $375. The deadline for the Advanced rate is January 2, 2026.
- The registration rate after Jan. 2 is $425. Please contact youngermember@asce.org for any assistance.
ERYMC 2026: Stadium of the Future Tour
Join us for an exclusive field trip to the Stadium of the Future, the soon-to-be home of the Jacksonville Jaguars! This guided construction tour offers a behind-the-scenes look at a next-generation stadium, and you get to take a PDH home with you.
PPE will be provided. Transportation from the conference hotel is included. Meet at 12:30 PM in the hotel lobby, the tour will be from 1:00 to 2:00 PM.

ERYMC 2026: St Johns River Riverboat Tour
Take a cruise on the historic St Johns River as we explore the heart of Jacksonville. The tour begins at the foot of the conference hotel, where a riverboat will take us through Downtown Jax for a unique view of the city's iconic bridges and ever-growing skyline.
The riverboat will pick up attendees from the dock west of the conference hotel. The dock and riverboat are both ADA-friendly. Casual attire is recommended, but it'll be windy on the boat so dress appropriately.
Meet at 2:30 PM at the Northbank Riverwalk adjacent to the Hyatt Regency; the tour will be from 3:00 to 4:00 PM.

ERYMC 2026: Welcome Networking Social at Ruby Beach Brewery
We’re excited to welcome you to our kickoff networking event at Ruby Beach Brewing. Just steps away from the conference hotel in downtown Jacksonville, this private gathering will mark the start of the 2026 ERYMC Conference.
Located in a beautifully restored historic building from 1904, Ruby Beach Brewing blends local heritage with craft innovation. Their downtown taproom boasts 18+ rotating craft beers, a full liquor bar, and kombucha on tap.

2026 ERYMC: Networking Social Aboard the USS Orleck
Join us for an evening reception aboard the USS Orleck, a historic destroyer launched in 1945 and now a key feature of Jacksonville’s waterfront. Located steps from the conference hotel, the Orleck offers a distinctive backdrop overlooking the St. Johns River.
Enjoy appetizers, two drink tickets, and music as you engage with colleagues in an atmosphere that blends history, hospitality, and waterfront views.

Join us for the 2026 ERYMC Awards Banquet, where we will acknowledge and celebrate the achievements of exemplary ASCE members and professionals.
