Conference Overview
Registration is now open for this year's ASCE Younger Member Leadership Symposium (YMLS) on August 15-17, 2025, at ASCE Headquarters in Reston, Virginia!

YMLS is a three-day experiential leadership workshop, hosted by the Committee on Younger Members (CYM) at ASCE's Headquarters. Designed for ASCE Younger Members (age 35 and under), the symposium focuses on personal development and honing early-career professional skills. It's also a unique opportunity to connect and network with ASCE peers from throughout the country and internationally!

Registration
Includes lunch meals during the conference and access to all programming.

• 6/30: Early Registration - $175
• 7/31: Regular Registration - $250
• 8/12: Late Registration - $400

Friday, August 15, 2025
10:00 AM - 4:00 PM: National Mall and U.S. Capitol Walking Tour (Optional)
5:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Dinner (Not Provided)
6:30 PM - 9:00 PM: YMLS Welcome and Reception (Recommended)
9:00 PM - 10:00 PM: Night Social at the Reston Town Center (Optional)

Saturday, August 16, 2025
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM: YMLS Programming (Coffee and Lunch Provided)
7:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Evening Social with the  ASCE National Capital YMF at Red's Table (Recommended)
