About ASCE CYM
The ASCE Committee on Younger Members (CYM) focuses on the professional development of early career civil engineers to feel empowered and inspired to grow as leaders, engineers, and volunteers by facilitating engagement with, and participation in, the Society.
Younger Member Councils
The Younger Member Councils (YMC) are a part of the ASCE Multi-Region Leadership Conferences (MRLC). It provides essential training for leaders to discover Society resources, develop personal leadership skills, and network with ASCE Members at all career stages.
